Born in Freddy Peraza, Cuba, Andy grew up in a country where baseball isn’t just a pastime, it’s woven into the soul. As a young boy, he’d mimic the swings of Cuban legends with a broomstick in his backyard, dreaming of one day wearing the uniform of the greats. With raw power and a love for the game that lit up every field he stepped onto, it didn’t take long for scouts to take notice. In 2017, at just 17 years old, Pages signed with the Dodgers as an international free agent, a kid with a big smile, a booming bat, and a dream bigger than the island he left behind.

After years of grinding in the minors, Andy’s patience and perseverance paid off. He battled through injuries, slumps, and a COVID-era that delayed so many prospects’ journeys, but never once did he flinch. And now, here he is in 2025, standing in the bright lights of Dodger Stadium, pounding clutch home runs and delivering in the big moments. Just recently, he flipped the script on the Padres, going 4 for 4 and 2 homers that had Chavez Ravine roaring like the glory days of Garvey, Cey, and Lopes.
